Booking process for events;

The event details are sent out on our mailing list If you have missed them or didn’t receive them please  contact us.

  1. Either book via the online form linked to or request the event organiser to send you a form to fill in
  2. Post/Submit the form

Done!

Final details for the event will be send out roughly a week beforehand.

Other stuff

  • Money contributions for the events can be sent by BACS or can be collected in cash or cheque (at the event unless specified).
  • If travel around London is involved please make sure you have a topped up oyster card
  • Unless otherwise stated it’s a good idea to bring a sleeping mat, pillow and sleeping bag as most of the time we are sleeping on Meeting Houses’ floors
  • Please arrive promptly

Please contact us if the cost of an event is too much. No one should be prevented from attending any event due to cost. You may be able to approach your Local meeting or Area meeting for help, or if they’re not able to, London Link has some bursary money – Where there’s a will there’s a way!
